Simple Chair Yoga Move to Release Tension
Take a quick chair yoga break with me! Start in Mountain Pose and move through Cat/Cow. This move is not only an easy way to stretch and strengthen your muscles, but it also helps clear your mind and deepen your breathing. I shot this in my parents' backyard the other day. Enjoy the sounds of Maine (including cicadas, seagulls, and random neighborhood noises). This was fun to do and I’ll be doing more soon (from Brooklyn)!
