Donald Fleck, LCSW, MBA, DCSW, has practiced psychotherapy for 24 years and has taught mindfulness meditation for 13 years. He is a certified Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy teacher and leads 9-Week MBCT workshops in person and on Zoom. He also mentors MBCT teachers-in-training.
