Michelle’s Mindful Yoga classes train not just the body, but also the mind and heart, to be strong, flexible, and balanced. Every class, whether it’s alignment-based flow, chair yoga, or restorative, is infused with curiosity, compassion, and playfulness.
Michelle has taught in studio, corporate, private, retreat and university settings for over fifteen years. She currently teaches at the CUNY Graduate Center and privately in Brooklyn.

What makes yoga practice mindful or not? Learn about the Four Foundations of Mindfulness taught by the Buddha and methods for weaving mindful awareness through an entire class. Discover new ways to approach your own practice and create transformative classes that will deepen your students’ experiences on and off the mat.
